Weekend dance retreats are Ballroom Dance Lessons and dances held at beautiful resorts throughout the country. Choose from small intimate resorts or a larger resort--whatever feels best for you.

                                           

Ballroom Dance lessons & dances are scheduled throughout the weekend.  The dance lessons are for beginners and intermediate level dancers unless otherwise noted. 

 

The Dance Instructors will start simple and add fun, interesting, and romantic moves. The instruction is excellent, you will catch on easily, and be able to use these dances at your future events!

 

                                                

Dances include:

Foxtrot     -    Waltz     -     Latin / Merengue

Swing     -     Hustle/Disco     -     Slow dance

also Entrances & Dips

 

 

When you are not dancing, enjoy a variety of activities from swimming, golfing, fishing, tennis, hiking, boating, shopping, spa services, or just relaxing.

Hello,  I am Tom Larson,  the owner and instructor for The Ballroom & Wedding Dance Studio.

 I have always enjoyed outdoor activities,  the vacation experience,  and the beauty and peacefulness of nature. 

My vision is to bring dancing and the vacation experience together.  This brings the peacefulness of nature to dance,  and closeness and romance to the vacation experience. 

I believe this brings a new and exciting feeling to our vacations and to our lives.  I enjoy this environment and believe others will too,  it reminds us of what is important in life.  It takes us away from our regular routine and creates enjoyable lifelong habits and memories.
